1. Acceptance
Use of our services implies compliance with these terms, designed to ensure transparency and mutual security.
2. Intellectual Property
The source code and designs are the exclusive property of Ocelotl Sistem, except for components under open-source licenses.
3. Limitation of Liability
Software is provided according to agreed specifications. We assume no liability for failures resulting from third-party services (AWS, Vercel, etc.).
4. Jurisdiction
Any legal dispute will be resolved under the current legislation of the United Mexican States.
